Pool

The swimming pool is a Junior Olympic size pool complete with resort style furniture so the entire family can enjoy. There are swimming lanes, ranging from 3′-3 1/2′ feet to 4′-4 1/2′ in depth. Guests are welcome; however, there is a daily guest maximum of 4 per household and residents must accompany their guests. Safety of residents and guests is a primary concern; for that reason, safety rules are enforced. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or older. During the summer months, a pool monitor will be on duty to check resident ID’s and to collect/charge guest fees.

 

Pool Hours:

The Pool Schedule is as follows:

Sunday through Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Wednesday (closed a.m. for Maintenance) NOON – 10 p.m.

The number of guests per household is four (4) guests.

There will be a Pool Monitor duty for the 2022 opening of the Pool Season; however, the hours will not be published as they will have a random schedule.

Fitness Trail

Saddle Creek Ranch has a nice walking trail between the Community Center and Phase I.  This walking trail is paved and includes two exercise stations closest to Phase I.   Wildlife is abundant and helps make walks become a true escape.  The trails are used by walkers, joggers, runners, pet-walkers, cyclists and children on “wheel toys”. Courtesy to other people using the trail makes an enjoyable experience for all.  Saddle Creek Ranch is fortunate to have some natural ponds along the designated greenbelt. While organized sports are restricted, these areas are wonderful for outdoor enjoyment and recreation.  The walking trail/fitness trail are open to all residents all the time!

Clubhouse

The Saddle Creek Ranch Community clubhouse is a great place to host a party or hold a meeting. The clubhouse features a social hall, complete with tables and chairs, full kitchen, and restrooms. The clubhouse encompasses 1,800 square feet with a maximum capacity of 55 persons. Clubhouse rental is available to residents.

Basketball Court

The Saddle Creek Ranch basketball court (single basket) is available for anyone to test/develop their shooting skills, play a little game of “H-O-R-S-E”, match 2 on 2, or play a complete half-court game, etc. The sports court is available for use from daylight to dusk. All guests and/or non-residents must be accompanied by the resident host at all times.

Picnic Area

The picnic area is coming soon!  This will be located where the playground was removed.
